This project, carried out in conjunction with the developer Adelante Homes in Jávea, is located in one of the best areas of the Costa Blanca, one of Spain’s booming real estate areas. This renovation project transforms a villa of cold and austere lines from the 1990s into a warm and contemporary refuge that revives the essence of the Mediterranean. The interior architecture is based on noble materials such as terracotta, oak wood and lime mortar, which provide texture and authenticity. The palette of neutral tones, combined with the discreet brightness of the handmade tiles, creates a soft and luminous ambience, in tune with the coastal landscape.

The layout of the spaces maximises natural light and orients each room to open up to the sea and the surrounding vegetation, connecting the interior with the exterior.
